Sany graduated from the University of Sussex, Brighton, UK, in 1982, with a BSc. (Hons) in Engineering (Structures). He has also a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from RoSPA, Birmingham, UK in 1994. Sany is an Industry trained Senior Safety and Health Assessor (London, UK) and a Lead Safety Auditor for the Shell Group of Companies (Leeuwenhorst, The Nederland's).

Professional Affiliation
Sany is an Affiliated Member of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE) and is a Registered Engineer with the Board of Engineers, Malaysia (BEM). He is a registered British Occupational Safety & Health Practitioner (RoSPA, UK) and is also a registered Malaysian Occupational Safety & Health Officer. Sany is currently involved in Road Transport Safety at National Industry level. He holds the position of Chairman of the Safe Roads Committee, of the Chemical Industry Council of Malaysia.

Publications & Forums
Sany had presented a number of key note papers at various National and International forums in the area of Road Transport Safety, Emergency Response and Crisis Management, representing the Petrochemical, Oil and Gas Industries. He writes regularly for national and international publications on issues of safety and emergency response. Sany also present papers at international forums.

Sany started and spent a large portion of his career in the Offshore Oil and Gas Industry. Although Sany has operational experienced in Offshore Construction, his trained professional competencies later on in his career centered on the areas of Safety and Risk Management; Emergency Response and Crisis Management.

Career
Sany started his first job with a Dutch Offshore Construction Company Heerema BV, based in Flushing, The Netherlands. Sany subsequently joined Shell Group of Companies and served the Upstream and Downstream sectors in a regional capacity covering Middle East, Australasia and the Far East as Shell's In-house Safety, Emergency Response and Crisis Management Consultant. Sany is currently the CEO of E-Response Alert Sdn Bhd.

Poziah Talib

Poziah served the Malaysian Armed Forces in the capacity of a paymaster for many years before joining the company. Whilst serving the forces, she had attended a number of accountancy management related courses. Poziah is now the company's Finance Manager, in-charge of all project related commercial and financial matters.

Helmi Abu Bakar

Mohd Helmi is a Computer Science graduate. He starts his career in Malaysia's North Port specialising in yard operations which includes heavy vehicles like gantry cranes, straddle carriers, 5 high stackers and haulers. He then pursues his career for over the last 15 years in the transport industry.

June Hong

June is a registered associate member of the Association of International Accountants (UK). She was previously the Finance and Administrative Manager of Ad station Group of Companies, a regional advertising outfit involved in media advertising, outdoor billboards, retailed television and event management. June is also the Admin & Finance Manager for e-Response Group of Companies, responsible for all administrative and accounting matters, internal & external reporting as well as budgeting & planning.

Kevin Brown

Kevin has 32 years of Oil and Gas experience in area of Fleet Management and Logistic Operations. He also has extensive experience in Fleet Maintenance and optimization, and is knowledgeable in Customer service, Fleet Order and Scheduling. Through his management of trucking operations in many Shell Depots and Terminals, Kevin has also vast exposure and is knowledgeable in tanker specifications and construction. Kevin's last appointment as an in-house Road Transport Adviser for Shell Distribution in the Asia-Pacific and Middle East, has given him vast exposure in the business aspects of managing professional Road Transport operations. He is also able to develop and deliver Road Transport related training packages in both Operations and Safety.

Aripin Md Khan

Aripin Khan has a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Auckland, in New Zealand. He has acquired over 30 years experience in the Petrochemical industry in Malaysia, with over 10 years in Logistic Management and over 10 years and the manufacturing of Chemicals. Aripin then proceeded on to do a post graduate study in University of Malaya, in Malaysia and graduated with a Masters Degree in Business Administration, in 1990.

Md Halimi A Karim

Halimi has 29 years of Oil & Gas downstream experience. He has many years of worksite experience and substantial management exposure in his appointment as Shell Malaysia Regional Operations Manager where he managed five depots in East Malaysia. Halimi's last appointment in Shell Malaysia was Emergency Response Manager where he successfully developed and managed an industry-wide 'mutual-aid' programme for Shell in various parts of Shell operations in East & West Malaysia.

Anthony Johnson Navis

Anthony started his career as a Project/Construction Supervisor, in 1989 with an Oil & Gas company, Maser Sdn Bhd. He moved from general construction into specialising in the installation of Fire Safety and Fire-Fighting systems. Tony have managed to build and installed Fire-Fighting system in many high profile projects in Malaysia with major Resorts & Hotels, Airports, Mega Power Stations, for Oil & Gas plants and facilities. Anthony now heads the company's Fire Safety Department as its Project Manager

Kevin Lean

Kevin is a graduate Chemical Engineer who started his career in 1989 as a Process Engineer with Tuntho Polyester & Textile, in Taiwan, after which he moved on to take a more senior HSE position in COGNIS (Formerly known as HENKEL) Oleo chemicals, in Malaysia. Kevin is now a qualified certified OHSAS 18001 lead auditor; Safety & Health Officer under NIOSH (Malaysia); Chemical Health Risk Assessor under NIOSH (Malaysia) and a US trained, approved and certified Process Hazard Analyst.

Nather Mohammed

Ned started his career as Corporate Communications Executive in Samsung Electronics. Over the years, Ned has accumulated much experience in the area of product & corporate branding and promotions and event management. Among the accounts he handled were CIDB, Citroen, Mitsubishi, Bumiputra Commerce, Best Denki and Tourism Malaysia. One of Ned's most significant achievements was the winning and management Tourism Malaysia North Asia Advertising and Promotions account in 2005. He was instrumental in strategizing, preparing and presenting the entire Marketing Communications proposal to Tourism Malaysia.

Sarbeet Singh

Sarbeet started his career 1991, with ABB, in the field of Electrical & Electronics Engineering. He then progressively acquired experience and expertise is in the area of Integrated Management Systems (Quality, Safety & Health and Environmental), Internal Auditing, Supplier Performance Analysis, Testing and Commissioning Certifications, Project Management and Process Consulting. Sarbeet has hands on experience in two mega national projects - the construction of the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and KL Sentral, both in the capacity of a Project Manager. Sarbeet has since managed and successfully provided Consultancy and Training Services that led to the certifications (ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 17025, 5S, CE MARKING, HACCP and IECEx) of many Multi-nationals and Government Linked Corporations (Malaysia).

Nagenthiran Batumalai

Nagen has a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, and is a registered Safety & Health Officer (SHO) with NIOSH (Malaysia). Nagen Started his career in 1990 as a welder and rose through the ranks to hold the position as a Maintenance Supervisor 6 years later. Subsequently Nagen, went on further in his career by enrolling in the NIOSH SHO Course and passed and was subsequently promoted to a SHO Officer. Nagen joined the company in 2012 as HSE Officer/Advisor was assigned to provide HSE services to HP Group of Companies in Malaysia.

Ravindran Muthusamy

Ravi graduated from a Malaysian University with a BSs. (Hon) in Mathematics. Ravi is an experienced ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 18001 Management Systems Consultants. He also conducts the above said Management System trainings. Ravi is also experienced and an approved Lead Auditor to carry out 3rd Party Audits for many Certification Bodies in Malaysia.

Md Nizam Md Ghaus

Md Nizam has a Diploma from a University Technology MARA (UiTM), Malaysia. He started his career in the Oil and Gas industry back in 1999 when he joined one of the ExxonMobil hauliers as an Operations Supervisor. He later moved company and was appointed as a Road Transport Safety Manager serving Shell Malaysia in 2007. Nizam now is the company's Consultant engaged to oversee all matters of Road Transport performance analysis and trending. He is currently spearheading the Company's and PETRONAS Driver Safety Passport (DSP) project.

Raduwan Abu Samah

Raduwan had 17 years experience as project coordinator with Metal Box Sdn Bhd. He was involved majorly with government projects and tenders. He is also a football and futsal coach for few government agencies.

Jayabalan Mayyar

Jayabalan holds a Masters in Occupational, Safety and Health and is a competent HSE trainer. Jaya is also a registered Safety Officer with the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (Malaysia). Jayabalan had also previously held the position of a Safety Manager with a multi-national haulage company, specialising in transport and warehousing safety. Jaya also has experience and expertise is in the area of Integrated Management Systems (Quality, Safety & Health and Environmental), Internal and external ISO auditor.

Nur Faiza Abdul Razak

Nur Faiza is a graduate of B.Eng. (Hons) in Chemical from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM). She started her career as an Engineer with Kian Joo Can Factory. After that she moved on and involved in the HSSE environment where she took a role as a SHE Executive in a manufacturing company. Nur Faiza is a trained Safety Health Officer by NIOSH.

Thaneskumar M Mogannathas

He has been in the Mechanical and Electrical field for more 17 than years. Thanes hold a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, Scotland. Fire protection system has been under his care for more than 14 years. The vast experience makes Mr Thanes, a good problem solver. Mr Thanes also does trainings on the methods of using Firefighting equipment and he gives seminars to government and private sector. He has also served as a lecturer on Electronics and Electrical engineering in a Private college. He has attended fire trainings from reputable companies from USA, UK and Singapore. He can also design fire systems.

Thivagar Muthusamy

Thiva has a Diploma in Mechatronics, Bachelor degree in Electro Mechanical from USA. He has been in the Engineering field for more than 12 years. Accumulatively his experience on Fire Protection system is more than 9 years. Mr Thiva has attended trainings with CIDB in Project Management and also trainings on Fire Protection systems. He handles project implementation, assist in overlooking at tendering and also handles clients. He is a person of caliber who can handle all kind of questions internally and externally.

Jainuddin Elias

Jainuddin Elias is one of the highest qualified Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) Drivers' trainer in Malaysia. He was trained in Angle sea Training School, in Australia and is currently the only B-Double qualified trainer in the country. Jainuddin started-out as a senior Driver Trainer for Linfox, and subsequently moved to Shell whereby he delivered DDT modules, in cab coaching for drivers with new vehicles, and participated in RT accidents investigations. He is also competent in route and customer site assessment.

Aishah Aton

Aishah have many years as a Light Vehicle Trainer, managing many Light Vehicle Training Defensive Driving Courses a number of large multinational companies in Malaysia. The incumbent is fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia and conducts the Defensive Driving Courses in both these languages. Aishah has over 10 years of professional driving experience in driving and managing limousine fleet. The incumbent can tailor-suit and develop Safe and Defensive Driving programmes to meet clients needs and expectations; and can also conduct Train-the-Trainer programmes.

Mahinder Singh

Mahinder Singh has a Master in Industrial Safety Management (Malaysia), with a BSc In Occupational Safety And Health (New Zealand). He hold two Diplomas in Occupational Safety And Health (Australia)   In Human Resource Management (Malaysia). Mahinder had served the Malaysian Fire and Rescue Department for over 25 years, and is the Director of Training for the KL Fire Service. Mahinder Singh lectures part time for under-graduate and post-graduate students in UKM, UTM and UM on elective subjects covering topics on Emergency Response Planning, Fire Safety Management and Legislation.

Saravanan Gopal

Saravanan has a BE (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from University Science Malaysia. Saravanan is a Lead Auditor for ISO14001:2004 (Sirim); IRCA Lead Assessor for ISO9001:2000–and OHSAS 18001:2007 (Det Norske Veritas). Saravanan has 12 years of experience in HSE Management System; Quality Management System (ISO9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) training.

Jason Ng

Jason registered Medical Assistance who has been working over 32 years in the Accident and Emergency Department. He is a trained professional in handling medical emergencies, and is a certified NIOSH (Malaysia) registered Occupational First-Aid Trainer. He is also a qualified and an advanced Life Support   Neonatal Resuscitation Instructor. Jason has over 16 years experience in conducting CPR and Trauma Courses to paramedics and medical emergency response teams from hospitals and medical centers nationally.

Lt. Col (Retired) Baldev Singh Johl

Baldev has his Masters in Industrial Safety Management, from a Malaysian University. He also holds Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health from a University of Newcastle (Australia). Baldev is also a Registered Safety & Health Officer and an Authorized Gas Tester (NIOSH). Baldev served the Armed Forces his entire career, until 1998, and had served as a Senior Military Observer for the UN in East Timor, and attained a rank of Lieutenant Colonel, on having left the Service. Baldev is now an Occupational Health and Safety Consultant and a Senior Trainer.

Jagjit Singh

Jagjit is a seasoned personnel in the Road Transport in general and in the in Petrochemical Industry particular, having served over 35 years. He has served in most multinational Oil and Gas Industry in Malaysia, in senior Managerial capacity. His last job was in the capacity of HSSE and Operations manager in a Regional Logistic company, and was instrumental in the Company's achieving their ISO 18001 accreditation.

Roslan Hasan

Roslan is an experienced Heavy Vehicle driver with over 20 years' experience in the trucking industry. Roslan specializes in driver's mind-set change initiatives, in the transformation of safe drivers and driving. His greatest achievement was Zero incident from 2005 to 2012 and nominated for best driver award in his previous employment. He had this unique style to train drivers in defensive driving.

Pirus Adinan

Pirus is an experienced Heavy Vehicle driver with over 20 years' experience in the trucking industry. Pirus has been nominated as Caltex driver of the year. Pirus specializes in driver's mind-set change initiatives, in the transformation of safe drivers and driving.

Jamaludin Sahak

Jamaludin is an experienced Heavy Vehicle driver for more than 15 years and 5 years in road tanker. Jamaludin has been awards 100% attendance award by Shell Klang Valley Distribution Terminal in 2009. Jamaludin specialized in driver's mind-set change initiatives and driving skill for all heavy vehicles.

Sahar Md Tap

Sahar started his career and was trained in the Malaysian Police (PDRM) in 1982, in their Logistic Department. He joined the Haulage Industry in 1999, in the capacity of a Senior Supervisory. Subsequently Sahar moved on to serve a multinational Petrochemical company, in the capacity of Safety and Security advisor before joining the company.

Saravanan N Supaiyah

Sara is a Chemical Engineering with Masters in Environmental Engineering. I am also a certified TUV Functional Safety Engineer. He is a Registered Engineer with the Board of Engineers, and an affiliate member of ICHME. Sara is a Safety and Risk Engineer with 7 years of experience in Operation/ Safety/ Risk Engineering. He has many years of hands-on experience in leading HAZOP and SIL studies. He has also personally undertaken and conducted numerous HAZIDs and formal safety assessments. Sara has conducted many trainings in the area of process safety (technical and management) for clients in the chemicals, oil and gas industries.

Adnan Izzudin

Adnan started his career as a bulk lorry driver in the early 80's. He then progressed as an advanced Heavy Goods Vehicle Trainer with Cycle and Carriage. Subsequently he worked as a Supervisor for a fuel transporter for a number of years before moving on to work for Shell Malaysia and had many portfolios with Shell in the capacity of Safety Officer, Senior Trainer and Mentor.
