E-Response Group of Companies was formed in 2004 with the incorporation of two companies, E-Response Alert Sdn Bhd and E-Response Management Sdn Bhd. We are developed to serve the needs of the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Industry, in the Region, in the areas of Fire & Safety Management, Occupational Health, Emergency Response and Crisis Management. We provide a full and comprehensive consultancy, audit and training in these areas.

Our clients amongst which includes the Oil and Gas majors such as Shell, BP, PETRONAS, BASF, etc. A majority of our consultants, trainers and staffs are seasoned and experienced operational personnel with many years of hands-on expertise in the area of HSE, Security, Fire Safety, Risk assessment, Quality Management and Road Transport. E-Response has also exclusive agencies for specialist Safety, Fire and Emergency Response equipment, parts and spares. It currently supplies to the Offshore (upstream) and downstream Oil & Gas Industries.

In Malaysia, we are registered with the Ministry of Finance (with a Bumiputera status). We are an Upstream PETRONAS Registered Bumiputera company. Some of our trainers and training programme have the Ministry of Human Resource's endorsement in which cost for our training may be claimed/recovered through the their Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) Scheme. We are in partnership with a number of reputable Consultancies abroad, namely for risk management consultancy with Abbott Risk Consultant Ltd; and with Maser Sdn Bhd for Fire Safety Construction and Commissioning.
